SE(蔗糖酯简称)的用途
  SE是一种优良的非离子表面活性剂。它可以用于食品、医药、化妆品、果蔬保鲜和制糖工业等许多方面。
  SE在食品工业中主要有六个方面的作用:
  1. 乳化作用
  2. 分散作用
  3. 与淀粉形成络合物,改善淀粉结构
  4. 改善食品加工性能
  5. 抗氧防霉
  6. 低HLB的SE可作降低胆固醇食品的原料

  SE is used as a food additive,its main functions are as follows:

  2. Dispersion
  3. SE can improve the structure of starch
  4. Improving the processing characteristics of the food
  5. The effect of anti-oxidization and anti-mildew
  6. SE of lower HLB can be used as ingredient of food for lowering
